The Secret of Dreams
This project uses data visualization to explore the concept of dreams, transforming a deeply personal and abstract experience into something tangible and insightful.
Dreaming is a universal process that plays a vital role in emotional well-being, memory consolidation, and mental health. By recording and visualizing dreams, the project aims to help individuals better understand their subconscious thoughts, process complex emotions, and identify patterns related to personal goals, hidden desires, or daily stressors. It functions as a tool for self-reflection, emotional healing, and even sleep health awareness, making dream exploration not just a creative journey but a meaningful act of self-care.
