
THE CHALLENGE
As the company scaled rapidly, its original website, built during its early stages, no longer reflected its brand vision or technological advancement.
To support Bitcoin Depot’s growth and align with modern digital standards, we designed a completely new website interface from the ground up.

USer Analysis
Conducted user analysis across three key audience groups: Boomers (crypto newbies), Gen Z (crypto enthusiasts), and retail partners. This research helped identify core problem areas, user needs, and opportunities for improving the overall experience and platform usability.



Behavior Flow
Created a behavior flow analysis to identify the highest-visited entry page, analyze top-trafficked landing pages, and track user drop-off rates—providing insights to optimize user journeys and reduce bounce rates.

Sitemap & contentindex
Conducted sitemap and content indexing based on research findings, leading to a more effective site structure and a stronger foundation for the redesign.

Wireframing
I began developing high-fidelity wireframes, which went through three rounds of client review and revision. The early research proved valuable, as the client felt the wireframes clearly addressed their users’ needs and expectations.

VISUAL DESIGN (WEBSITE)
The redesign emphasizes product and service visibility, enhanced marketing capabilities, and a significantly improved user experience. With a sleek, contemporary aesthetic and intuitive navigation, the new site better communicates the brand’s leadership and innovation in the crypto space.
